If your company has enabled Single Sign On, you must authenticate through your company's Identity Provider in order to federate with Consortium Insights.

Consortium Health Plans has implemented Single Sign-On service for Plans to authenticate to Consortium Insights. With Single Sign-On, a user from a partnered Plan can Log In with his corporate username and password.

Simply select your Plan name from the list below. If your Plan is not listed, please select "Traditional Consortium Insights Login" and continue to Consortium Insights.
